Through decades of experience, we have cultivated a process that delivers exceptional results utilizing a more personal approach to the entire employee lifecycle.
We take the time to get to know you and your business, focusing on both your short and long-term hiring needs. Together, we ascertain the necessary criteria to find the right fit for your business and develop a job description that uniquely represents your company culture and the position we are looking to fill.
Our recruitment strategy will be customized to align with your specifications and budget. Every search is tailored to meet your unique requirements and designed to find the best talent available in the marketplace.
Only high-quality Candidates that fit the criteria agreed upon during our consultation will be sent to you for consideration. You will receive a detailed profile for the Candidate that includes a synopsis of our interview time together, and of course, a copy of their resume.
We work with you throughout the entire interview process, providing support in building out interview questions (if necessary), maintaining candidate engagement, coordinating interviews and soliciting feedback from both the interviewing team and candidates. Once you’ve made your preliminary choice, our Recruitment Experts will conduct two customized reference checks, which you will receive in writing, to assist you in making your final decision. If you require criminal and credit checks to be completed on prospective candidates, we do offer those services at an additional cost.
We keep in touch throughout the guarantee period, following up on all Placements by touching base regularly with both the Hiring Manager and Employee to ensure satisfaction. We seek to attain and share feedback from both sides, in an effort to minimize potential for turnover and create a positive experience for all.
We're in it for the long haul! Whether you've utilized us for Recruitment Services before or not, we are proud to offer customized workshops that support Employee Retention and Development. Assurance Beyond Hiring
On the rare occasion that a hired candidate doesn’t work out, we offer a one-time Replacement at NO additional cost. In the off-chance you need to activate a Replacement Guarantee, you can rest assured that you will receive the same quality of service and candidates you have come to expect from Cormack, but this time without the price tag.
That said, our Recruitment Experts pride themselves on doing it right the first time, and are proud to share that we have maintained a less than 1% turnover rate before the Guarantee period expires since our inception in 2015.

We are also able to conduct completely confidential recruitment, where we don't share the name of the business with prospective candidates until we have conducted a formal interview for the role and shortlisted them for submission to you.
Our incredibly flexible rates and payment plans are designed to fit into nearly any budget. Typically, we charge a percentage of the successful candidate's base salary, but we also offer competitive flat rates for our services. Regardless of the fee structure we land on, Cormack is a contingency-based agency, meaning there is absolutely NO CHARGE associated with our services until we actually place a candidate in role for you..
At Cormack, we take great pride in our industry-leading turnover rate. Less than 1% of the candidates we have placed since 2015 resigned or were terminated within their first year of employment. That being said, we do have a safety net in place, just in case. Every search conducted by Cormack comes with a minimum 3-month guarantee, meaning if the candidate resigns or isn't the right overall fit, we give you the option of a 50% refund of your search fees, OR we will happily conduct a one-time replacement search at no additional cost.
