At Cormack, we pride ourselves on the caliber of Candidates we work with and are proud to have a diverse network of Talent in a wide variety of industries across Canada. These relationships are important to us and we are determined to support our Cormack Candidates in finding their Dream Job to the best of our abilities.

The Problem: We don’t always have a current Client with an ACTIVE job opening to suit their specific skills when these talented individuals are ACTIVE Job Seekers.

The Solution: Cormack is proud to present “THE SHORTLIST”- an avenue for us to highlight an elite group of Cormack Candidates that are ACTIVELY looking for work, in hopes of finding a match with an ACTIVELY hiring Employer.

The Value: Business Owners and/or HR Managers can be introduced to a SHORTLIST Candidate for a nominal fee*, ultimately saving you countless hours of Recruitment and potentially thousands of dollars in regular Placement fees. For the Candidates, there is absolutely NO COST associated with participation.


*Fees will vary depending on seniority level of the Candidate in question as well as any Additional Services that the Employer is looking to attain from Cormack.
